Pivot Triggers helps a team build momentum by gathering meaningful early signals for an initiative. This exercise is a way to start a team using Pivot Triggers to guide their work. In this session, Tom will lead us through a simple version of an exercise that helps teams build an appetite for research and get a clear understanding of where to start.
About Tom: Tom Kerwin has had one foot in design and one in research for over 20 years, and has spent the past few years coaching teams to bring planful opportunism to early product discovery.
