Head of UX & Digital Accessibility
Amy Deschenes is the Head of UX & Digital Accessibility for Harvard Library

As the Senior UX Consultant for Harvard Library I work with all staff on conducting user research studies. I can assist with developing both online usability testing and in-person space assessments. I, along with other URC staff, can provide training on a variety of methodologies and equipment to conduct your research.  I'm located in the User Research Center (URC) in Lamont Library and would be delighted to help staff develop user experience research and design projects. The Center offers staff space and equipment for conducting user research at your location.
