DESCRIPTION:<h2>	<strong>Description</strong></h2><p>	Our library’s move to Google Analytics 4 created an opportunity for the UX team to determine the best analytics strategy for the organization. We’ll share how we learned about cross domain tracking, event creation and using Looker to build dashboards as well as how we established a unified analytics strategy.</p><h2>	Presenters</h2><h3>	<strong>About Amy Deschenes</strong></h3><p>	<a href="https://library.harvard.edu/staff/amy-deschenes">Amy Deschenes</a> is the Head of UX &amp; Digital Accessibility for Harvard Library where she collaborates with library staff on digital product and service design projects. She manages project teams to improve the design of library websites, search tools, and digital collections through a user-centered lens. Amy has spoken about her work at conferences like UXPA and Ladies that UX. She teaches research methods and digital accessibility for Brandeis University’s user-centered design program.</p><h3>	<strong>About Meg McMahon</strong></h3><p>	<a href="https://library.harvard.edu/staff/meg-mcmahon">Meg McMahon</a> (they/them) is the User Experience Researcher at the <a data-remove-tab-index="true" data-sk="tooltip_parent" data-stringify-link="https://urc.library.harvard.edu/" delay="150" href="internal:/" rel="noopener noreferrer" tabindex="-1" target="_blank">User Research Center</a> within <a data-remove-tab-index="true" data-sk="tooltip_parent" data-stringify-link="https://library.harvard.edu/" delay="150" href="https://library.harvard.edu/" rel="noopener noreferrer" tabindex="-1" target="_blank">Harvard Library</a> where they conduct UX research for the library directly supporting library strategic initiatives, provide consultation to support library staff, and perform accessibility audits for the library. Meg has spoken about their work at DLF and now D4D. They have contributed to Weave: Journal of Library User Experience.</p><p>	-------</p><p>	The presentation will be held from 12:00-1:00 PM on Zoom.
