#### calendar\_today Date and Time

**June 25, 2019**

12:00PM - 01:00PM EDT

Join us for **Service Blueprinting & User Research** presented by [Jess Rios](https://library.harvard.edu/staff/jess-rios), Service Design and Assessment Librarian, Harvard Law School Library.

**Details:**

Seeing Both Sides: How combining service blueprints with user research provides a holistic view of a service or product.

In order to understand where in the process a service breaks down, it's important to look at the entire journey not only from end-to-end but also surface to core. Often, it is not the “front stage” where the root cause of a problem is but rather its hidden “back stage” in a policy, a 3rd party integration, or an outdated internal process.
